In the late sixties when my closest friend got married, she and her husband to be asked me to sing at their wedding. I could not turn down the honour, but it was certainly a challenge to sing Morning has Broken, by Cat Stevens. In the event, the pianist stumbled and left me hanging. We got back on track somehow, and the wedding went ahead, no doubt without anyone noticing the flaws in the music.
Yusuf Islam, formerly Cat Stevens, sings here to honour Muhammad Yunus for his Nobel Peace Prize. Cat/Yusuf describes himself as a "humanitarian and education philanthropist."
