This falls is located near Skardu, Madapur, in Gilgit-Baltistan, the meeting point of three great mountain ranges, the Karakoram, the Hindu Kush, and the Himalayas. The name of the latter range is a Sanskrit word meaning abode of snow. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains views, this waterfall is known to tourists as a good place for fishing and camping.
